do sendru and snipe have the same habitat?
google can't find it.

I like the poem, it speaks to musical open mics as well as poetry open mics.

Indeed, Alias n' they act like they're giving something away. Real mugs! Oh, yer' seen that at musical events, Dannen? Sabotage their equipment, I dare say!  When they say "open", they really mean an outhouse, leftovers from last night's meal. Don't let it hurt yer' feelings, it's just like rejection, only you really do bend over.

i found a sendru in my cereal this morning. readings are interminably dull. the audience looks constipated and the poets only add to the intestinal distress.

we fix it by creating alternative venues and alternative ways of presenting our work. we break the mold - we get creative with presentation - with format. i'm working on some things that should pan out in the near future.  i am determined that the artists that have shared work together for years here have an opportunity to do their thing -  on their own terms and in their own way.

could i remind some of you that other persons than those who know yr private codes may b reading and would like to know what you are saying so that if some one says "sendru"  a lot of us do not know what that is
and if some ones says "smoke flavored
and then some one else says "get dumb ass up here
it all seems ridiculous
and it relects upon the persons who wrote it
