Let Your Voices Be Heard

The Live Lyrics! program created and facilitated by Michelle “LOVE the
poet” Nelson is designed to teach creative writing/performance poetry
skills and how they can be successfully utilized at school, home, and
work. The overall goal of this class is to empower adults of all different
abilities, and cultural backgrounds to find, develop, present, and apply
their voices as producers of social change.

* We will also have guest presenters, publishers, and other professional
artists*

THE 10 SESSION SERIES BEGINS WEDNESDAY JUNE 2nd, 2010 THROUGH AUGUST 4th,
2010 (Every Wednesday 7pm)!!!

CLASS COST:
$250 for the entire program (price includes book/supplies, food, and Free
admission to BE FREE Fridays through August)
$150 Due by May 15th and the rest is due by the first class session!

Michelle “LOVE the poet” Nelson
A native of Columbia, Maryland, LOVE the poet is a nationally known
performance poet, an active member of the Maryland Speaker’s Bureau, the
Founder of justlovepoetryink, LLC (which facilitates “Live Lyrics”
creative writing workshops across the state of Maryland in libraries,
highschools, and Universities), and an active member of Poetry for the
People Baltimore
