from 18 to 50 the beauties
whirled and twirled and
did the gypsy dance
as the djembe supplied the power
and the doumbek's laid
down that mystical rat-a-tat-tat
and yes i did fall in love
wired and easy like sunday morning.............o yeah!!!!!!
and to top it all i got the day off
i be a gambler on the cold
this time i won!

wire way up on wire
dancing with all the foxes
strutting tunes to the lord
so here comes a pair
all dressed in lace
smelling so sweet and all
when out whips his guitar
the biggest by far
plus a drum below
makes them faint to hell
now we know why he's the "Wire"

wind and words
the jam thick 2night
the breeze calm
air frigid
everything regarding
time, turned upside down
now it's back to
zatoichi the fugitive

zakir hussain
kicking it on tablas
material the band
quiet christmas
warm frederick streets
shadow's bouncing
off the holy spires
sugarloaf mountain
with a mind of it's own
the trumpet wails it's
a lonesome horn
