i think that the poem condenses by virtue of your choice of form, but the density of the elements involved would lend themselves to more exposition especially with your gift for language.

C. - I am always appreciative of your cogent, insightfilled Comments; truth-be-told, this Piece (as noted) was expanded, so you are viewing the morph from a "condensed" Version. TY for the acknowledgement to linguistic prowess, this is humbling; though, by the very nature of the subject matter's heinousness, to my perception, minimalism was the facilitated motif, to wit, after one bite of the richest cheescake (flippant analogy), better, perhaps, after the initial gore of say, a Bruce Willis "Adventure", what follows is cheatingly, panderingly, boringly redundant "OverKill." And not to incur anyone's Ecumenical wrath (Jeez, & It is Sunday!, perhaps some ears will be tinged & stung en masse), Gibson's "tour-of-Forced" was flagello-bludgeoning, hardly Mel-lo, to be underplaying. H.E./H.e.m.

C. - Jeez, sorry! Need to maintain a Mel-lo tone, here; is it OK to mention the guitars of the same appellation? H.E./H.e.m.

Trying to address this piece is difficult. Too many issues keep intruding--I know what you mean about wanting the minimal, out of a respect for the subject matter, but the issues do seem to be demanding a longer statement, maybe? Hyphenating "sad-voice" strangely effective, as is simple use of the word "closed".
