Religions are like opinions.
Everyone's got one,
you know;
from the Jews,
to the Muslims,
to Christians,
and the Buddhists
and the Pagans,
like myself
it's all about
which version of
the Spirit we Humans have been discussing
and battling over for
countless centuries.
Yet so long
humans exist,
there never really has been a
clear defintion as to
what or who God or
The Goddess just might be.
But then again, it's also
quite possibily that
one of  the major
lesson that the Spirit
has  been
able to teach us,
through all the various forms
of Religions, and Spiritual faiths, through
each of their various sects, with their Priests,
or Rabbis, or Imams, or Shamans, or Witches
is that we may not really have to
define any part of the Spirit.
Because, in all truth, the Spirit speaks to all of us
in the many voices and customs that we
are comfortable with.

* This poem is actually one of my oldest pieces. For some reason, I've never really had the chance to share this with anyone, until now. I have alot of notebooks, and computer disks filled with poetry, screen plays short stories, that I've been working on for years which I haven't read or  had time to go through and pull together until about a year ago.
Hopefully my efforts will result in an actual volume of my writing. Please feel free to lend me your comments regarding
this piece. Take care and have a good afternoon.

Very true.  Our Spirits seem to reach out and grab what it needs, when it needs it and from where it needs it.  Nicely done.   Wink
